Title: Fired For A 50yo Stunt

Does anyone else think this is ridiculous? If it was in the last few years, I could understand, but isn't there some sort of statute of limitations over how long an illegal act can be held against you for employment?

Seems like a thinly veiled excuse to get rid of an aging employee.
