What is your favorite cheese?

Mine, from what I've tasted, is provolone.

However, that's a wee bit expensive, so my second favorite type of cheese would probably be mozzarella XD especially when it's melted <3

I'm quite a fan of Romano, personally.

Vene:
Trying to decide between pepper jack, brie, or extra sharp cheddar (the sharper the better). In some ways pepper jack and brie taste better, but the cheddar is good for most everything.

Any cheese I like is bound to be a favourite. I mean, it's cheese. As long as it's not some nasty veiny bleu shit, how can you go wrong?

If you're wondering, the list would probably include cheddar of all sorts (especially smoked cheddar), mozzarella, gouda, swiss, American, and colby jack.

Does cream cheese count? Because cream cheese is especially amazing.
