I went to buy beer and found that the corner store had a Sam Adams Summer variety case in stock.  And it has a blueberry lager in it. Looking forward to trying that.

I figured out how to make tofu. It tastes awesome when cooked right.
Just press it a lot, and freeze it, then press it again when it thaws. Then marinate for like 10 minutes and bake at low temp for a long time.

Happened last week, but what the hell!  I managed, in my ASL class, to not only make a girl laugh so much she had to step outta class for a few minutes, but I got a fucking 105% on my midterm.  A+.  ...I've never gotten one of those before.

IT FEELS FUCKING AMAZING.

Teacher also said that I'd likely be the standard by which she'd judge all the other midterms.  That's the kinda praise I've neeeeever gotten before, and shit, does it feel good.

AWESOME to hear, Ravy!

On my end? I made stromboli for the first time tonight.  It was FUCKING DELICIOUS.

I know it'd be even better if I had better quality ground beef... or better yet, steak.

Made four pretty good-size stromboli for about $13.  Dinner for tonight, and lunch for tomorrow.

Technically yesterday but eh:  Made a whole bunch of taquitos, four flavors, and the only thing I wish I'd known beforehand was that Casa Mamita taco seasoning can't compete with McCormick.  Oh well, I'll just doctor up the stuff when I use it until I either make my own or buy more McCormick.  Finally got caught on stuff for coursework. A rather productive day.
