I realized that I know the history of the American Presidency better than I thought.  If given any year in American history since the Constitution went into effect, off the top of my head, I can tell you who was President, what their party was, when they took office/were elected, and when they left office.  As often as not, I can also say who they defeated, and about 1/3 of the time I can name the VP as well.  I can usually spit out a few random facts about them as well.

Does anybody know of a job in which this is... you know... useful?

US History teacher/professor... That's about it. Still, it's a neat skill to have.

There was a time I could've done this for Argentinian presidents. That time was shortly before my last history test, and the knowledge is lost now.

Gaming rig is working again!  Had to do a reinstall of Windows since the motherboard drivers borked the last install, but ITS ALIVE!!!  Now, to fix the comparatively minor problems caused by the unfortunately necessary reformatting of my SSD...

This reminds me of the time I was trying to get my computer set up. When my install(s) worked differently from what I've expected I thought my computer was broken. All I really needed to do was change my computer's display and the problem was solved.

I'm sure having the wrong display was not your actual problem.

I wish it was what my problem was.  That, I could fix in safe mode, at least.  Alas, even safe mode loads motherboard drivers.
