Also, if EFF is accurate on this bill applying retroactively, that's a flagrant violation of the US Constitution's prohibition on ex post facto laws. Fuck I hate agreeing with Liberty Caucus types, but Rep. Amash appears to be completely correct on that.

Well, it passed (https://www.thedailybeast.com/the-new-law-that-killed-craigslists-personals-could-end-the-web-as-weve-known-it).

It passed. Craiglist removed the personals section and Pounced.org (a furry dating website) both shut down because of it.
