Title: Posting is screwy

I think something's screwy with posting things:

Apologies for this. This should be corrected now.

Today the forums were configured to use encrypted (HTTPS) connections for ongoing improvements of security. The forum software was still using the old (unencrypted HTTP) URLs in some places, including the posting button controls. These URLs have now been updated.
