This cartoon is about three levels beyond "not thought through".

When was she 'crazy'? I have a lot of respect for Garofalo, partly because she was in the West Wing, but also because she was among the three or so people both on TV and not wrong about Iraq when Iraq was happening.

The thing that I find most offensive about that image isn't the content, but how poorly designed it is.

You can see the background from the original image in her hair, and the background is awful.  Solid red on one side and not the other?  Who does that?
