I think there's an alt code for it, or you can just copy and paste it from somewhere (that's how I got that one). The alt code listed in the wikipedia article doesn't seem to work here. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Interrobang

It may work. I know the alt code for accented letters (for example, an accented a is alt-160, I believe), but they only seem to work on keypads, which my laptop doesn't have.

I like the 'irony mark' myself. The sarcmark that you need a special font for is interesting too but damned if everyone would be able to see it. So here's the irony mark:
