Also, the girl could probably sue for kidnapping, since it wasn't consensual on her part or that of her parents.

Yeah...ya know what, persecuting their insane, criminal bullshit is perfectly fine by me.  They should be shunned and ostracized for what they've done, in addition to being sent to prison for as long as is legally allowable.
