-People who put quotation marks where it's not needed.  It's especially annoying when they quote something you said in the manner.  Like if I say I won 5 bucks on a scratch off ticket and someone responds "Good job winning "5 bucks"".  Did that really need quotation marks?  Adding the quotation marks takes an innocent statement and makes it mockery.   

-Stupid cutesy new words for slang words.  Totes (Totally) Amazeballs (Amazing) Adorbs (Adorable).

-I generally like online courses.  They allow me to do things at my own pace and I can take tests without having to memorize all this stuff (no one to tell me I can't look at my textbook).  But if there's one thing that's annoying, it's the requirement to respond to people when they are saying the exact same thing you've said, but worded differently. 

-Also, the fact that the discussion board for my online class has no spell check.  I'm not sure if this is intentional or not, but of all the places where spell check can really come in handy, not having it for online courses, seems counterproductive.

Today my manager told me that he will never transfer me to the department in which I would like to work, effectively because I am too effective to move out of my current department.  This is despite the fact that 1) I have years of experience in that department at another location, 2) I have requested to move, 3) the department manager has requested me, 4) there is an opening in the department, and 5) he promised to move me if there was an opening and I proved myself to be a good worker.

I kind of saw this coming, so I'm not really mad about it, but it's still disappointing.

Doesn't work with Blackboard, which I'm assuming is what he's using.  I have no idea why, but Blackboard doesn't let Firefox use its spell check in its little message input boxes.
