I was on that river for a cruise five years ago. So sad this happened.

What is it with East-Asian countries and high-casualty maritime mishaps? There's this. There's that ferry in Korea. Are they too cheap to invest in lifeboats & life jackets?!
GAWD! HUNDREDS DEAD! This is disgusting! My heart goes out to their families. :'(
