Okay, so I'm just watching the cheese fest that's Walker, Texas Ranger right now, and I thought I could make a thread about people's favorite shows that have a corny, cheesy, or otherwise goofy charm to them.
So yeah. It's kinda like a guilty pleasures thread, except it's the "lol & facepalm" kind of guilty pleasure.

Cleopatra 2525 is what's coming to mind right now.
-
Knight Rider, got all 4 seasons on DVD. Feels good man. Also, MacGyver and Stargate SG-1 are also dear to my heart.
-
Earth Girls Are Easy, Jason X, Chopping Mall, the original Night of the Demons trilogy (not into the remake), Bad Taste, The House by the Cemetary, Troll 2...so many so-bad-it's-good movies (most of which are horror) to choose from! :D
-
Stargate SG-1 (Cheesy sometimes, serious others. Hard to pin down.), NCIS (NOT honestly that good, but it's honestly fairly watchable.), Macguyver, and Suits.
-
Oh yeah! I just remembered the king of cheese (and pasta!) The Super Mario Bros. movie! I saw it as a kid, and the zany stuffs just made me lol and enjoy it so much.
-
The Wild Geese: It's basically an old-fashioned Boys Own adventure, with the plus that we get to hear Roger Moore swear!
And Airwolf. Cheesy? Yes. But up to the last series, it was still good fun.
-
MacGyver, The Rocky Horror Picture Show...those are the two that spring most readily to mind.
-
The Tribe, surely one of the most amazingly bad programmes ever made.
It was a childrens series set in a post apocalyptic world where a virus had killed all the adults. All the kids had formed gangs, and wore crazy clothes and make up. Hardly any of the cast could act, and the script was hilarious.
-
I have to admit that some of the older gen MLP stuff makes me lol. The one that people hate the most - "Newborn Cuties" - are particularly lolzy. They're charming in their badness.
-
"Captain Scarlet" - I found it in the Netflix catalog when I joined back in 2003 or '04, and it was the first series I ever watched every single episode as an instant addict.

Oh man, that reminds me of the Thunderbirds puppet series.
On one hand that thing was extremely cheesy and the plot was usually stupid. On the other hand they really made an effort while making the series, even if the effects seemed silly. But that was mostly because they only had puppet technology in their hands.
Definitely worth watching, if only for a laugh.
-
I loved Captain Scarlet and Thunderbirds.
Don't forget Stingray though!
Marrinnnnnnnaa!
-
I know it's for kids, but Yo Gabba Gabba! amuses me. Wonderpets is also pretty charming.
This is sewious!
-
I really enjoy Kenny vs Spenny. Found it on the internet while searching for episodes of Frasier, and I was pretty much an instant addict. It always had me pissing myself laughing.
-
Super Mario Brothers (yes, the live action film) and Sonic the Hedgehog The Movie (actually a two-part OVA).
Both are incredibly stupid, yet I can't help but to just love them.
-
Super Mario Bros Super Show and The Legend of Zelda.
Both shows that are incredibly corny and cheesy, and yet that's precisely why they're enjoyable. That and the nostalgia and seeing just how many things they get wrong.

Home & away
Imagine bold and the beautiful, but aussiefied
-
The semi post-apocalyptic Sonic The Hedgehog (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/SatAm) cartoon heavily piled on the cheese frequently, but oh was it some tasty tasty cheese.

As anyone who's been in IRC for more than a week would know, my favourite bad-movie is Nude for Satan, although I'm also partial to Phantom of the Paradise and Thankskilling. Among many others. As for tv shows, I can't really do any better than Passions.
-
I like Phantom of the Paradise. Right now, I'm working my way through the Spartacus series made by Starz.
-
Evil Aliens: It was never going to win at the BAFTAs, but it's awesome, how can you fault a movie where Emily Booth gets naked and has a fight scene like this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xp8AmVeBuHQ NSFW but hysterically funny.
-
Movies - Anything with Arnie in it. His mere presence makes anything autmatically awsomeballs.
TV shows - The A-Team.
-
Watching "Demolition Man" on AMC right now!
It's so silly, but awesomely silly! :D

I can't help but love this as a tokusatsu fan.
-
The Dick van Dyke show is always good for a chuckle for me. As an added bonus, the characters in the show are all portrayed as fairly intelligent. A bit klutzy, perhaps, in keeping with his brand of humor, but certainly not dumb.
-
Oh, I loved the new CGI Captain Scarlet show, to be honest.
-
The movie "Legend". I saw it a night or two ago. I forgot how fanciful it was. Darkness was a hell of a makeup/costume job and Tim Curry was brilliant. Couldn't take my eye off of young Tom Cruise's "center tooth" though... Can't unsee, as the meme goes.
-
Flash Gordon. It's amazing.
-
I have another contribution actually.
Catwoman. Yes, that one. I really enjoyed that movie.

I've been waiting for this show on DVD for YEARS and it's FINALLY getting an official release this year, complete with the episodes that were dubbed but never aired in the US. Can't wait!
They're also releasing a subbed version with an actual translation of the original Japanese series. Saban's writers for the dubbed version had very little to go on so they made up a gag dub with their own dialog and stories. It will be interesting to see how it compares to the translations.
