Story?  FF13 has a story?  I thought it was just a mess of not-connected hallways that you're forced to send the characters down.

I'm running a mod called "Better Vampires" (this is in addition to Dawnguard) that gives vampires all kinds of neat powers, as well as allows you to personally balance vampirism to what you want.  Do you want to get stronger as you get hungry?  Or weaker, while getting stronger when you're satisfied?  Do you want to get hungrier rapidly?  Or do you want it so that you're either full or starved?

...Anyways, One of the powers it adds is called "Dominate".  It's a mind-affecting spell that allows you to temporarily remove a being from its faction and put it in your own.  I was sneaking around one of the bandit hideouts and I needed a distraction, so I targetted a Bandit Outlaw mage and struck her with Dominate.  She was confused at first, since she was now bound to a master she didn't even know existed, but gladly turned her magic on her fellows, who gladly turned their swords on her and turned her into confetti.  This allowed me to sneakstab them both until death without any trouble.

So, apparently, when I did that, the mod marked her as a friend of mine, not as part of the bandit faction.  The reason I got no gold was because I already took it from her... or the game just isn't programmed to handle inheritance from enemy NPCs.  Either is likely.

Also, I'm becoming quite the vampire daddy.  I've turned several people in Whiterun, including the Jarl himself, into vampire children of mine.

So I was looking at stuff for Pokemon X and Y and one of the coolest things I saw with the news is that you can customize your character also you can now actually sit on benches and stuff (That may not seem like much but It is in terms of a Pokemon game)

I'll never understand the obsession with sitting in videogames. That said they seem to have done quite a bit with the 3D in both senses they could have. I'm impressed with some of the animations.

Roleplaying and immersion, mostly.

Makes you feel like you're playing someone who is actually a part of the world instead of just an obvious player character with everyone else being obvious NPCs.

Hell going back to Morrowind from Oblivion or Skyrim and it annoys me that I can't sit in chairs for whatever reason.
