I... even being a woman myself, I can't comprehend how the hell she did this. I would've given up shortly after the first frickin DAY!

Those poor kids though... for the rest of their lives, all they'll be hearing from their mother is "I was in labour upside down for 75 days because of you!"

How did they avoid infections? If she already gave birth to one of the babies then her water had broken and there is a risk of infection. Did they keep her and the babies on antibiotics for 75 days?
