Title: Shoes, question? how do i get it to work?

I friend told be I could buy any shoe online, so I have gone about searching but can’t seem to dint ready made shoes for people with special deformities. Why these are not ready made to buy shoes online?

I'm not sure I fully understand what you're asking.  Are you asking about prescription shoes?
