I honestly hope that if Obama does get reelected, he prosecutes these fuckers under this statute.  Not because they pose any real threat, but because I'm so goddamned tired of hearing these Freeper types shoot their mouths off like this.

If I am not mistaken, the political right has justified its general condemnation of the Muslim faith by reasoning that, while they may not themselves partake in extremist acts, they share in the guilt by not condemning and opposing those extremist acts.

By their own logic, is not every Republican in the nation who has not openly condemned and opposed the calls for "second amendment remedies" and armed revolution as guilty as those who have by simple nature of their silence?
