I think that one is my favorite. The tail is a good size in relation to everything else.

If any of these are chosen, I'll be happy to make a variation for a mobile home screen icon.  Many of the 'Q' variations have white outlines to make them easier to see at 16x16, but don't look so good at a larger size. Likewise, I already made a 'q' with a more interesting triangle at the end of the tail, that wouldn't work quite so well at 16x16.
