Both orcs are wading across the water toward the party.

The water is considered difficult terrain (half speed only) and requires a DC 10 Swim check to wade through (DC 15 to actually swim through); otherwise, you are swept into the current and face the usual issues with swimming.

The party may now react.

Aven continues to chuckle as he nocks an arrow.  He sights along it but something seems to happen to him as he does.  His nails begin to lengthen and his ears become more pointed.  His hair flattens out and by all accounts he seems to take on some form of cat-like appearence, his eyes becoming slit pupils as he lets fly an arrow at the orc that's closest to him.

Ironbite meanwhile makes his way north towards his master, intending to guard him if any orcs should reach him.

Aven activates Aspect of the Tiger, gaining a +2 to his Dex for the next minute.  Ironbite's going to move north to guard him, taking the square directly north of Aven and prepare to strike any orcs that come into range.

Aven's shot strikes the orc in the head. He falls into the river and is swept off downstream. Ironbite approaches but looks at the water nervously. He then looks at Aven as if to say, "Seriously?"

The space directly north of Aven is part of the river and subject to the Swim checks mentioned in the previous post. Are you sure you want to send him there? If so, make a Handle Animal check.

OOC: I don't know what to do any suggestions?

OOC: That shouldn't require a roll, though if you want to, you can step away from the shore.  The orc won't be able to get to you if it has to try to go through us.

1d20+1=19 If it hits he's blinded for the duratioj and can make a DC 15 reflex save each turn to shake it off.

The orc now has a large amount of mud on his face and is madly trying to shake it off.
