Its even more fun in modded Minecraft circles, since British-speaking devs (who add that kinda thing) register the metal as something like "ingotAluminium" and American devs register it as "ingotAluminum."  Then, people wonder why they don't inter-convert.  To the code, that one letter of difference might as well mean two completely different things.

(For those lucky enough to be unfamiliar with chavs, that's English chav speak for "Do you want a fight?".  Not as an actual question, but more of a threat to beat you up.  A Belfast chav - or "spide" as they're known here - would say something more direct like, "A'll nack ya teaties/ballix in, ya fokin wee dick!")

So, bout 3-4 weeks ago, I got sick.  Like really sick.  Like couldn't breath sick.  What did I have you ask?  The Flu.  Not the flu.  The Flu.  H1N1 in fact.  It was so bad they put me in a medically induced coma in order to transport me down from Northern Virginia to Richmond.  Which was...wasn't fun.  It sucked, it was a horrible experience and I've lost a lot.  But I'm alive.  That's the thing.  I'm alive and I kicked swine flu's butt.

Ironbite-it hasn't been fun but I'm finally home.

Finally getting around to working on the frontend for my engine.  Thankfully, I planned ahead with some helper classes and such which should, theoretically, make this a LOT easier than it otherwise would be.  Hooray for class libraries!

Found something really, REALLY neat whilst browsing Google Play this morning, a little thing called AIDE.  Basically, its an Android IDE that you can use, get this, on your fucking Android device itself, like, on your actual frigging phone.  I haven't got that deep into it, but it claims that its got a visual editor for GUIs and can do either Java for Android, or C++ for console applications.  I am positively floored, you guys.
