Thanks for the words of encourgment, and Yeah I've been running, god I forgot how horrible that stuff is if your not used to it.
A workout for Zygarde;
8 minutes running on treadmill
10 chin ups
3 sets of dumbell bench press
8 minutes on the stairmaster
10 pull ups
4 laps of farmer's walk
8 minutes on treadmill, including 30 seconds of sprinting.
If you have access to a gym or something similar / workout equipment, try doing this workout.
