Since I love posting about some of the dumbest things ever (and also stupidly glib people doing stupidly glib things) and I am sad that there aren't more posts here since May.
You know how so many games have their own Special Editions and box-sets, etc., several of them with knick-knacks, either neat or crappy? Here is this Special Edition of a huge let-down of a game: Sorcery Saga was going to be another Madou Monogatari game (and the first non-Puyo Puyo game in over a decade). Problem? The game is headed by Compile Hearts, an off-shoot of the Compile (RIP), whom their games had terrible reception. Sega owns virtually the entire Madou Monogatari/Puyo Puyo IP and they don't feel like authoring another game of the former. So instead, it's a bastardization with Fushigi no Dungeon (think: Pokémon Mystery Dungeon and Torneko no Daibōken: Fushigi no Dungeon/Taloon's Quest, which I recently shared) gameplay (which is based on Hack/Rogue) and expies of existing characters.
This game has what I think is the dumbest Special Edition of any game out there (the crappy Cracker-Jack toy Handyman from BioShock Infinite's Special Edition has nothing on these).

So, some guy works on a novel since 1974 and this is what he shits out.

To promote his book and for a "critique"(read: rave reviews and accolades) the author, Norman Boutin, actually went on a Jewish forum and posted an excerpt from his book where Theresa, her husband Steve, and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Scherzer devise a plan to evacuate the Jews out of Israel.
General plot from the excerpt here: Theresa, her husband Steve, British Prime Minister Peter Blair, and Israeli Prime Minister Scherzer meet up at 10 Downing Street, and from the initial meet, they proceed to a private room in the building to discuss "very sensitive stuff" concerning OPEC's (read: middle eastern) threat to embargo Europe and the U.S. from buying oil unless Theresa agrees to let "...Israel be returned to the occupants of 1947." Scherzer rejects Plan A to literally move the country of Israel in three pieces near the Mediterranean between Italy and Greece since Theresa and Steve won't benefit from it, and the local fisherman may become angry since Israel is now located where they typically fish. Steve then pitches Plan B to PM Scherzer where Theresa raises land from the ocean floor in the North Atlantic in the shape of the Star of David with 20,000 ft (6096 m) mountains will be on each "arm" of the island as fortification, to collect water for farming the fertile soil, and ski tourism. Scherzer then proposes the idea of Theresa literally taking the city of Jerusalem and connecting it to the new island, and Steve and Theresa agree with the idea. After admitting that all of plan B, especially the shape of the island, was made up the night before the meeting, Theresa and Steve let PM Scherzer draw up his own idea of how the island should look like since Scherzer wasn't exactly thrilled by the design of the island as they thought he would. After hurriedly rushing through making and signing an agreement with the Israeli PM, Steve explains to him that Theresa won't actually do the OPEC countries any physical harm. Instead, she'll raise ocean floor from an area between Africa and Antartica, and Theresa will begin to tap and sell oil at a trade price of $20 USD a barrel. According to Steve, OPEC will be powerless to stop Theresa from doing this, and since she won't bargain with terrorists OPEC, her selling oil for cheap will wreck the OPEC nations' economies.

I think I see the shoulder moving up a little bit, like it's tensing up to hold on to the wiggling cat. Also I think there was a slight bit of head rotation. That seems consistent with the level of stillness of someone posing for a picture. Since the GIF is one seond in length it's hard to say anything for certain.
