It was a browser comic.  You scrolled down to read it, and then the website would suddenly take control over your scrollbar, scrolling it down in such a way that it played an animation of the girl's head turning around (with the rest of her body staying still) and revealing a very scary face.

The English language is so annoying.  We have one word that can mean several different and sometimes exclusive things... like the word "love".  And "like."

I wish English was a more varied, interesting language with a more streamlined sense of grammar and multiple words for various aspects of things.

They do, and some languages are even worse than English. It's actually pretty damn common for languages to have words with multiple meanings, often ones that don't make immediate sense intuitively. Then there's all the false cognates among similar languages that seem to arise almost randomly, words and phrases that come from historical quibbles or reference past events, metaphors.....

I don't think a single language exists that actually matches what Zach wants.

Japanese comes closest, actually, but that's also one of the the hardest languages for an English speaker to learn.
