Anyway, when I were a lad we were taught the non-Oxford comma way..we weren't even taught the Oxford comma existed (maybe it's a UK-US thing?).  The Oxford comma just looks weird to me.  Damned kids these days with their drugs and their extra commas.

Eh, there are times when a good old Oxford Comma will clear up ambiguity, but it's not usually necessary.  In most cases, its use is a matter of taste, really.

Without looking it up, I can assure you DeWalt did not build that "nail gun", just the tool battery, which is interchangeable with all of their tools. Piezo electric nail guns, pneumatic nail guns - all nail guns - are illegal to mod or misuse for projectile shooting of nails. I think it's a modded airsoft rifle or scratch build from AR15 parts, and may not even shoot nails, but perhaps airsoft pellets, mini darts/bolts, or bird shot.

Based on the appearance I would say that someone took a DeWalt battery pack, opened it up and attached it to an AR magazine and then put another DeWalt sticker on the gun and painted parts of it yellow. The "gun" might be Airsoft or it could be a real AR-15, I'm not quite sure.

Well, at least someone actually built that, unlike this "Assault coffeemaker" which is just a photoshop creation:
