I never figured out how to pronounce it either, but I believe it's pronounced [eiːjafjatl̥aːjœːkʏtl̥] or (take this with a grain of salt) "ay-yahfyahtlah-yoeh-kuetle."

Excuse me while I try to regenerate my brain cells after trying to pronounce a really fearsome word from a really fearsome language.

Personally I welcome the day when people forget about Princess Diana. Up until the late 2000's, we were always hearing about some new conspiracy theory on the subject. Needless to say, I was sick of it by 1998.

When it comes to regular people who die in shady circumstances, a murder investigation and trial behind closed doors is enough. I see no reason why it should be any different just because the victim is a celebrity.

They're not behind closed doors anyway, most trials are open to the public.
