That would need to be one light-hearted campaign :P

Which I don't have any objections to, of course.  It might be nice to do a light-hearted campaign instead of a serious one.

But of course, I'm fine with a serious one, too :)

I've heard good things about Pathfinder.  Count me in, if it's anything close to Ironclaw.
There is light and darkness in the world, to be sure.  However, there's no harm to be had in walking in the shade or shadows.

Probably no psionics, and tieflings are fine.

Also, I'm alright with evil characters provided there's a good reason to not cause a huge conflict. A character who serves a Demon Lord, though, would tend to cause problems with the party's divine casters, which is why the warlock from my campaign before would not have been a good choice.

We probably won't be using Maptools as I don't know what that is.

ETA: I'm not sure I'm the right person for this job, as running a game electronically is something I have literally no experience with.

As long as the rest of the party is ok with it. But as there's probably going to be a cleric, druid, or other divine caster involved I suspect they would object.

In the campaign I was running before and which I would use here, that race did not exist and I had never heard of it before now. However, I believe I can make it work if you're willing to keep a few secrets from the party as to your true motivations. *evil grin*

OK, then sure. I just mentioned that because I let a guy play a warlock once and was completely surprised when he insisted that he had to be evil and the class was based around serving a demon lord. Naturally, I didn't think that goal would sit well with the rest of the party.

As I've said, I'm not familiar with all the extra splatbooks and don't have time to read them all, so don't be surprised if I ask how something works.

As an aside, and not directed at anyone on FSTDT, I've found that in every gaming group I've DM'd, there's usually been at least one guy with a laptop full of pirated PDFs who assumes I'm familiar with every sourcebook in existence and that every race/class/creature ever created exists in my campaign world somewhere.

Not sure where he got the idea that Warlocks have to worship a Demon Lord. I don't remember that being a requirement in any source. I mean, I guess if you count making a pact with the being as worship, sure...

Have we agreed how this would even be held anyway?
