It depends on the breed of racist you're dealing with. Some seem to have this idea that it's all orchestrated by the Jews for some reason or another, which kinda implies they are the Double-Superior Race. Some blame white liberals, who have all the power of their whiteness but are foolishly using it to help the inferior races. I wouldn't be surprised if there were people who blamed reptilians, communists, satanists, terrorists, the Illuminati or climate scientists.
