On the conspiratard front, I had to try my best not to laugh at this conversation I overheard at the mall while waiting for the bus. Some guy was talking about how Boston was setup in order to pass CISPA, then he moved onto the 9-11 truther crap, about how news channels were only allowed to take footage from certain angles, and how the economy isn't being fixed because they want to have a one currency for Canada, the US, and Mexico.

While I don't think Boston was a setup for CISPA, I do believe it's rather common for controversial laws or announcements to be done during an event like this as it automatically makes them secondary news and not get as much attention.
