I just read that list and: holy shit! Especially that part about the mandatory ultrasounds, I guess as long as it's not the woman's choice, right, GOP? And as for the Arizona-style immigration laws: That would probably make me afraid of going anywhere the US, ever. I'd hate to be any America who isn't sour cream white after they get their way. It seems like in their hell-bent desire to restore the USA to a Flanderized version of the 1950s, they have overshot that goal and, instead, will end up making it a complete dystopia. the Fallout Universe's pre-war USA.

Is that French for "The more things change, the more they stay the same"?

Yeah. It's a famous quotation. And an accurate one, at that.

Rereads platform.  I can see why Oklahoma voted to ban Sharia law.  That is more friendly to women

You said it, and then some. The GOP's lost it's mind, and now it's doubling down on the Der- Wait, sorry. Derpy's a nice pony, and she doesn't need to have her name associated with fucktards like these. Is it too late to get some of them committed?

The Romney-Ryan-GOP plan to create jobs:

1. Fire 500,000 teachers, cops, and firefighters
2. Eliminate collective bargaining
3. Lower or eliminate the minimum wage
4. Repeal child labor laws
5. Let health insurance companies do whatever they want
6. Phase out Social Security, Medicare, and unemployment insurance
7. Let the banks do whatever they want
8. Let the country’s highways, railroads, and airports crumble
9. Eliminate all government funding for private sector contracts except those involving weapons or the military
10. Outlaw contraception
11. Make higher education unaffordable for most people
12. Allow the value of people’s homes to drop as far as they can
13. Increase spending on weapons systems the Pentagon considers unnecessary
14. Cut taxes for the super-wealthy in order to provide less money for paying down the national debt
15. Build a pipeline that will provide more oil for China and India
16. Reward companies that ship jobs overseas
17. Redefine rape
18. Make U.S. Senators appointed by state legislators instead of elected by the people
19. Make it very difficult for students, the elderly, and the poor to vote

Sure sounds like a plan to me.

(These are all things the Republicans are actually advocating or even enacting (or attempting to at the federal and/or state level.)

You forgot;
