This is true.  Waterboarding just makes your body think it's slowly dying.  Unlike a beheading which is generally quick.

I mean except for the times that waterboarding did kill the person.

It is murder, but what if it's a slow sawing of the head?  I'd say that's pretty damned torturous.

So is the pain of being shot and bleeding to death but that still only counts as a murder charge.

I read this comment and think that it must be a joke. I mean there can't really be an image where those two things could get mixed up.

Then I see the comic...

Also, if you look at the "Obama" in that comic... Doesn't it look like his head and ears are shaped a bit like cock and balls.

Strangely shaped but there is as much resemblance to that as there is to Obama.
