I have literally never met anybody claiming that homosexuality is ok because animals do it. I have seen many people, on the other hand, use that argument to rebut the claim that homosexuality is wrong because "it's unnatural", whatever unnatural means. But yeah, naturalistic fallacy too.

So yes, naturalistic fallacy on both sides.
