I think I saw an experiment somewhere where they filtered water until all the metals or at least as many as the could filter out where gone and conducted a current and it was apparently only conductive enough to cause a mild shock, I don't remember where I read it.

Here's de-ionized water being used as a dielectric solution for wire EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining). You can't see it that well in the first video, but there's a brass wire that's cutting the metal using electrical discharge.

Heh, I saw. Me and the community had a discussion about it: the overall conclusion is that one of the engineers probably slipped it in as an inside joke.

Either that or Keith Olbermann is a secret Touhou fan, but I regard that possibility as nonexistent. There's no way a famous person like that could be a fan of an indie game series like Touhou.
