Ok, knock it off or go to a different thread. Back to funny/stupid pictures:

Is this a rap song? Because I keep reading it as if it was a rap song. This better be a God damn rap song or I will make it into one. Even if I have to record it by myself with a horrible fake-Australian accent, so help me God!

Despite all the jokes and clever references I have to say that the simple but funny "Australian male" is my favourite one:

USA... We have talked about this before:

Your love for bacon has gone too far a long time ago and at this point we are past disgust and mostly just amazed at what you are going to think of next.

It's a well-known fact that Harry Potter takes place in an alternate universe with wizards and dragons and a Playstation that was developed slightly earlier.

I remember bitching about that in a Harry Potter mailing list, back when "mailing lists" were a thing I did

I thought it meant that Sirius won't adopt Harry because the Dursleys have a functional time machine and therefore are much better equipped to fight Voldemort than the wizards. (They could probably get a plasmagun for house protection if they wanted but merely got the Playstation because they are so kind parents and want their son to have the best toys.)

My theory is that it was actually a Phillips CD-i and that Harry, who as a wizard is apparently obligated to be a complete dullard when it comes to technology, mistook it for a Playstation, which he must have heard of due to the pre-release hype that Sony was no doubt whipping up in mid-'94.

That and it suddenly makes so much more sense for Dudley to throw it out of a window.

I'd be more sympathetic if people here didn't act like they knew what they were saying when they were saying something very much wrong.

Angry Dumbledore ftw

The first movie Dumbledore was so much better. He brought some actual intelligence and dignity to the role. His replacement literally wore what amounted to a nightgown over streetclothes and called it good.

The saddest part is, the writers say they didn't change how they wrote Dumbledore at all, so it's all on the terrible actor.

Odd, I prefer Michael Gambon's Dumbles to the first guy.  The first dude sounded like he was gonna keel over at any second.  Gambon actually sounds like he has freaking life in him.  Plus, be honest, can you see the other dude doing half the admittedly pretty badass shit Dumbledore pulls off, especially in Order of the Phoenix?  I just can't see it.  This sounds odd, considering Dumbles himself is, like, 150 years-old, but the first guy was just...too old for Dumbledore.

The new guy brought a very different tone to Dumbledore that was not conveyed in the books. He expressed anger at times, as seen in the above image, which is very un-fitting. He didn't have the serenity and composure you expected. Dumbledore's benevolent personality was essential to match Voldemort's pure hatred, especially because he was the only wizard that Voldemort ever feared.
Guys, this is getting creepy. Can we talk about cannibalism instead?
