Did anyone notice how little negative reaction came from all the other NFL players? Yeah. Butch gay guys and football have been a thing since the sport began. Players have learned to deal fairly with gay players since high school days. The rougher sports make a nice haven for gay guys, since the general public are so utterly clueless when it comes to machismo and sexual orientation.

The only way football could be more homoerotic would be if it were done naked.

Boxing is also pretty damn homoerotic.  Think about it... two shirtless guys fighting over a belt.
