Well, if anyone wants my opinion specifically, I'd say Franklin Delano Roosevelt should go on the 20 and Theodore Roosevelt on the 50. He's also the one who should end up on the dollar coin; seriously, the guy's the most badass president we've had and did a lot, and he doesn't get one piece of currency to his name?

Please. "Check your privilege" or GTFO.

You clearly haven't thought through the implications of this.

Unless you're in favour of exclusive programs to hand loads of cash to those evil cis straight white males, you'll be constantly privilege-shaming the underprivileged.  Something they might find quite triggering.

Besides, paper money is deeply offensive to treekins, it's like a jewskin lampshade to them or something.

Yes but cottonkins are apparently not a thing.

At least I couldn't find any on tumblr.

As one of those evil cis straight white males, I would be more than okay with that.

At least, I would if I were American.

Then you don't get to complain.

It could be offensive tangentially to black people, since slaves stereotypically worked cotton fields.

SO Harriet Tubman, the great conductor on the Underground Railroad, who personally helped free so many slaves from the drudgery of picking cotton, as the new face of the twenty dollar bill is an
EPIC WIN!!

Still doesn't explain how it's supposed to be offensive to treekin.

Out of curiosity why was Jackson on the 20 in the first place?  Besides genocide what did he do to justify getting the same treatment as Lincoln or Washington?

I believe he was a Founding Father.  Other than that, nothing other than being known for calling people out to duels.

Well, there was the Nullification Crisis.

But personally, I think they put him on the 20 as a "fuck you," given his hatred of centralized banking and paper money.

May have been done as a "Fuck you" because he hated the concept of centralized banks.
