You can go offline from the pause menu, thankfully.

I enjoyed chapter 1, but tbh haven't touched it much since then

It's too bad that your base can still be attacked and your resources drained, even while you're offline... going offline just means that you won't be around to defend it.

A shame really, 'cos MGSV prob has the best gameplay in the entire series. Konami just really likes fucking things up.

Peace Walker is still my favourite game in the series, MGS V came close but you can feel where Konami fucked it up.

My friend got me into the otome game Amnesia: Memories. The art is beautiful, as are the men. It's got some weird shit, though.

I just snagged Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines, seeing as it's on sale. It's supposed to be quite the hidden gem (with the community patch), so I'm looking forward to getting into it.

i'm still binging on dawn of war. i'm nearly done playing through dark crusade as the tau. wondering if i should play 'cron afterwards, but the imperial guard and the orks have new units... arg, tough choice, and i'm not yet ready to dive into the supposed clusterfuck that is soulstorm (or "dawn of eldar: the elven ass-whooping", as it's known on 1d4chan wiki).

Speaking of that, the IP for World of Darkness and Masquerade for more specifics were recently moved from CCP to Paradox after long time of CCP just holding onto it. So hopefully more games in the future?  Link
