Title: What Happens When Detroit Shuts Off the Water of 100,000 People

What's really sad is that the United Nations has condemned this. You know it's bad when the UN has to condemn something happening in America.

I also want to share this comment I found. I was talking about how people will likely dump their waste in the streets if their water is shut off and how that's a cholera risk, someone said: "Dumping waste in the street is a good option you idiot, UV is how effluent is treated before being released back into streams/rivers. Sunlight is the best disinfectant - ever heard that one?"

I've also seen people who are okay with a cholera outbreak as long as it means poor people aren't getting something for free.

I wouldn't be surprised if this leads to riots.

Something's gotta give, soon.

*sigh* "The Motor City", how the great have fallen.

All manufacturing and all good jobs have left, those who couldn't afford to move are stuck & to top it all off, the whole state's run by maniacs committing some of the most unconstitutional acts possible. I'm amazed the Feds haven't found a way to dispose of the literal Fascists running the place.

Of course, when you have weirdos like that among the Feds, it's bound to be hard. So, be sure to FLOOD the polls this Fall, folks!

An entire American metropolis reduced to a non-functioning, third-world, post-apocalyptic mess. Surreal.

Except for the two who seem to be trolls, the rest seem somewhat okay for an internet comment section.

Is anyone else reminded of the French movie "B13" or the American remake "Brick Mansions"? Especially since the latter took place in Detroit?

I've gotta see that movie.

As usual, the original is better, but the remake is still decent.
