Zombie nazies are a real threat as well.
Actually, I can't imagine they would. Gotta keep the Aryan Zombie master race as pure as possible by not killing and infecting as many Jews, gays, Slavs and retardeds as possible.

Yo Putin! Don't Fuck with Finland!   :o
Zombie Simo Häyhä will get you!
Actually I'm not sure where those pictures are from so it is in fact more likely that it was along their front with the Germans.

Zombie nazies are a real threat as well.
I take it that you have seen the movie, The War of the Dead? Nice low-budget zombie movie from the European viewpoint, good film. I'd watch it again but it is not on Netflix now :(

Vickers? If it is Russian/Soviet gear then it is a Maxim. (I also like that gun. There is just something about a massive watercooled machinegun that is so endearing. Particularly if it has a gunshield and those tiny wheels for moving it around as well.)
No matter what happens, no matter what my last words may end up being, I want everyone to claim that they were:

Aww, you guys rock. :)  I feel the love... and the pitchforks and torches.  Tingly!

Well, the Vickers and the Russian M1910 were both derived from the Maxim. Other than caliber change, I'm not sure how the M1910 is different from the original. I know that the Vickers is lighter, stronger, and has a muzzle booster.

Probably the biggest fail Deadliest Warrior ever had (and a prime example of why it was canceled shortly after this episode) was in Teddy Roosevelt vs. Lawrence of Arabia. They pitted a Vickers against a Gatling gun, and gave the win to the Gatling for being "more reliable." It went exactly against all fact regarding the guns, simply because the Vickers suffered a single malfunction that was most likely user error while the Gatling didn't. The firing test was only 250 rounds as well, not nearly enough to get a good idea of long-term reliability due to the ease with which statistical flukes can crop up. I guess the story of the 100th Company of the Machine Gun Corps firing a million rounds between 10 guns for twelve hours with zero failures in 1916 was just a myth, eh?

Let's not forget their claims that gladiators were "trained to kill".  In reality, only about 10% of gladiator matches ended in a fatality.

That is the best phrase ever to describe machismo men.

That and the pandering was so forced. You could just tell the "experts" on both sides had nothing against one another, but were told by the director that they had to wave their knobs in each others faces. Well, I guess on the bright side, it proves that they aren't actors.

And more than one "expert" had a rather distant relation to the subject at best. The modern military subjects included actual soldiers or SWAT officers, but it seems like they really enjoyed hiring amateurs who happen to have a passing interest in the subject matter and are fine with saying blatantly false things on camera.

They should make something like it where they actually have experts on military, strategy, and weapons do an actual prediction of how a fight would turn out.

*double checks* Seems it is indeed a PM M1910. The ribbing on the barrel jacket was what threw me. Doesn't change the fact that I'm likely going to plot a...logging...expedition to Russia soon. ;D

Can knives and blunt objects be included?
History is full of maniacs, my friend, men and women of intelect, highly perceptive individuals, who's brilliant minds know neither restraint nor taboo. Such notions are the devils we must slay for the edification of pony-kind. Even if said edification means violating the rules of decency, society, and rightousness itself.
