Restrung my guitar and played it all afternoon. Haven't done that since I joined Nihilitus. Felt great to struggle through some Tool, Incubus, and Lamb of God.

Tool's bass lines are way harder than the guitar parts.

Went to Universal with my friend and some pretty girls (and one very cool guy that I got along with well) for her birthday. Also got myself a Smithwick's ale and mocked the new Duff beer (it's literally Budweiser with added malt).

I got my hair cut! It's all short and a little poofy but it's SHORT and I feel less dysphoric than I have in a good long while.

I realized that I have access to almost all human knowledge, just by asking my phone a question.  Because this reminded me of the computer from Star Trek, I have taught my phone to call me Captain Picard.  Now if I can only get it to answer to Computer...

Talked with my best friend on the phone for over an hour, got some new work projects set up (short and long term), had another close friend (who I think has a thing for me) say the meteor shower this weekend reminded her of me, and have fallen back in love with my guitar.

I just got an email from financial aid saying that they made a correction on my FAFSA. I now have a glimmer of hope that this'll change the amount they give me.
