That's just another hint to the True Meaning. Shame he took it at face value rather than seeing it for what it is, but perhaps you can do better.
And yes, you need to watch and understand the whole Skyrim video. Watch the whole thing beginning to end, preferably in one sitting. Also, don't just leave it running in the background. Give it your undivided attention, and take thorough notes. There are rather frequent moments throughout that need to be appreciated both on their own and in the greater context of the rest of the video for you to really understand things.

I’ll watch the video if you can make me trust that you are not messing with me by giving me proof that there is a true meaning perhaps by giving some sort of hint.

As I said before, the process of figuring it out it is every bit as important as the end result, so naturally I have to keep it somewhat vague. I'll say only two things. One, look for things related to the overall theme of escape or freedom (you should see it in the rest of the videos I posted, now that you know to look for it), and two, it will greatly help you in figuring out the hidden metaphor in the peppermint video.
I know I said this already, but the importance of it cannot be overstated. Make sure you give the video your full and undivided attention, and take notes as thoroughly as you can. It'll really help with piecing it together.
