Well this is at least mildly amusing. So apparently Ferdinand Bardemu--seen here advocating domestic violence (http://www.fstdt.com/QuoteComment.aspx?QID=89104)--was told by his good friend Roosh Vörek--a creepy "pick-up artist" who doesn't believe date rapes occur (http://www.fstdt.com/QuoteComment.aspx?QID=92182)--that he was quoted on the main page. Apparently he was quoted here (http://fstdt.com/QuoteComment.aspx?QID=85349&Page=1) (under another pseudonym) for making a nasty rant against obese women. Ferd goes on to describe (http://inmalafide.com/sanctimonius-liberal-atheists-say-the-darndest-things/) FSTDT as "an online watering hole where preachy atheists gather to point and sputter at 'offensive' comments made by devout Christians and Muslims." Or something.

I get the feeling teh MRAs don't liek us...

Both Bardamu and Vörek, it should be noted, were profiled by the Southern Poverty Law Center in a 2012 report called "Misogyny: The Sites" (http://www.splcenter.org/get-informed/intelligence-report/browse-all-issues/2012/spring/misogyny-the-sites). I guess we're moving up in the world?

I detest people like him who cast everyone in a group as being one particular body type.

I believe I have become reasonably fit and healthy, so his generalizations just come off as quaint and uninformed.

Gotta say, worst part of all this is someone like that describing folks around here was sanctimonius. I mean we're assholes, but we're largely straight forward level assholes, possibly even ones who can spell sanctimonious. Maybe on a good day.

I can never take people with these sites seriously.  They always look like first webpages I programmed in high school after learning the bare basics of html and hosted on Geocities.
