Title: Jeff Hanneman Dies

Well, shit. Jeff Hanneman, the guitarist and founding member of the band Slayer, is dead at the age of 49 (http://gawker.com/slayer-guitarist-jeff-hanneman-dead-at-49-487910967). The official cause of death appears to be liver failure. He was also suffering from necrotizing fasciitis--a result of a spider bite he received in 2011 and which resulted in a series of surgeries and skin grafts.
