It's the "s" that is the problem. When you want to show youtube video on FQA instead of linking it you need to remove the s from https. For example:

If I want to put this link here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HxFgSmR0i3A it works as a link but not if I try to show the video.
This on the other hand works even though all I did was remove one letter from the link:

Don't ask why the forum won't recognize the links if they have the s.
