I've always pronounced "fire" with one syllable. Maybe it's a regional thing.

A few, but they seem to be outnumbered by the things that do annoy me.

But honestly, repetition is one of the things that really grinds my gears. So hearing about pumpkins and trick-or-treating and slutty costumes over and over again for the past week doesn't exactly sit well with me.

Brand-spankin'-new gripe for y'all: I just got into a completely unnecessary screaming match with my parents because APPARENTLY, according to the all-knowing old people, if I ask my employer and co-workers to use my preferred name and pronouns they'll all be so disgusted that they'll fire me in the middle of the holiday rush. When I have (almost) full availability and I'm a dedicated, enthusiastic worker. APPARENTLY, trans people (who aren't really trans, because that's something teh internets made up) are SOOOOOOOO yucky that being trans is an automatic disqualification for Having A Decent Life (as the cis overlords define "decent"). Honestly, if just one more person says I'm confused/doing this for attention/making it up/"really" a girl I'm going to tattoo "die cis scum" on somebody's forehead, and it ain't gonna be mine.

The TGWTG site, especially blip.tv

I understand they need revenue, but there's a big problem.  Even with a strong connection, there are occasions where videos will just suddenly stop loading right in the middle of it.  The only cure for this is to reload.

...Which means I have to watch a whole bunch of ads again.  Sometimes multiple times depending on when the video froze (if it froze after the halfway point, I'm shit out of luck).  I used to be able to circumvent this by using adblock, but now I can't anymore because they force you to wait for a period longer than most of the ads (and I swear shorter than others)

Coupled with the fact that blip.tv's video player hogs so many resources that it can't play decently on a modern non-gaming computer without massive stuttering, and I haven't watched a video on TGWTG in months.  I just wait for the videos to appear on Youtube.  And even then...
