Before you open up a broadside, let me just say I'm on the fence about abortion.
Then grow a set and take a side. Either women can choose what to do with their bodies or they can't, which is it?

As for McCain I lost my sympathies and respect for him when he chose to toe the Bush/Cheney/Rumsfeld party line on torture to help solidify his nomination.

I was pointing out that women in China dont choose thats the point
Well, maybe it was a bad analogy.

It's not that black and white.

Why not? Explain how it is your call to make and not hers.

I'm not saying it's my call to make.  And there's more to abortion than the dichotomy.  How late should an abortion be allowed to take place?  How do we stop women from being pressured into having abortions they don't want?  If women have the right to not become mothers, do men have the right to not become fathers?  There are so many complexities out there, and my views are evolving.

Still, you have your opinions, and I'm not entirely sure about any part of this issue.  Let's leave it at that.  I don't want to get into a debate on abortion right now.

But back on topic.  At least McCain comes off as being more reasonable than, say, Ted Cruz.  And he has more backbone than John Boehner.

This one I just can't let go.
Unless you are thinking the best way to prevent this is by banning all abortions this is a sidebar that doesn't even enter the debate since it is literally her body, her choice... or not.

That's not exactly a high bar you are setting there. ;D

Despite knowing about indoctrination I thought it was a good idea to put a human Reaper near my office. Now I am a sentient husk :(.
