Just snagged the Lego Harry Potter games over on GOG, seeing as there's a sale going on. The completionist in me has been hankering for a good collectathon as of late, and I hear the Lego games scratch that itch quite nicely, so hopefully this'll be good.

I spent the past 90 minutes working on my base's defenses in Fallout 4.  I need more steel, because I refuse to use wooden walls.  Something about having walls that could be taken out by the tactical application of a molotov (even though I'm fairly sure that wouldn't happen, anyway) just rubs me the wrong way.  I only plan on having one point of ingress...though, the town really isn't in the most defensible position, since we're at the foot of a hill and we'd be easy pickings for a half-decent sniper and wow, I'm majorly overthinking things.

I keep debating getting a PSTV. It seems like a very reasonable price, but are there enough good, compatible games to justify it? I know of 2-3 I want to play but am unsure otherwise.

I like my PSTV. It's a lovely little console. And it seems to be selling for a stupid low price nowadays.

I'm getting back into Crusader Kings 2, and I have to say, trade republics have to be my absolute favourite to play. Between building up a lucrative trading empire, putting out hits on my rivals and the occasional turf war with rival families over trading posts, it feels just like playing Godfather: Medieval Edition. Seriously, even vikings aren't half as much fun to play.

Fallout 4 is amazing.  Just amazing.  Even on low graphics the game flows good, the vistas are amazing, and the details are fine.

Ironbite-like you can see every scratch, dent, and ding in your gun good.

Good point. I've never tried playing as a Norse trade republic. I'll probably try that for my next game.
