I'm a big fan of the Doctor Who crossover Discorded Whooves, but I must warn you it's got a good 37 pages of archives.  Also, the Doctor and Jack Harkness are pony-shaped, and the whole thing is very PG-13.  May not be for everyone, but I've got an unnerving crush on Whooves.

Well, technically, it was less "became a good guy" and more a case of "got knocked off of his high horse by the very mortals he thought were insignificant but fun to poke"
