As I've said before, I'll volunteer to co-host with whoever else is going to be doing this.
Some important questions-
1. How are we going to make it? I know there are a few podcast sites out there like Blogtalkradio, but I know nothing about any of them. Anyone here with experience that can give us an idea?
2. Where are we going to put the podcast after the live recording? We need somewhere to host the download of the file and probably post it on YouTube as well.
3. Should we do video recording with it as well for the YouTube version?
4. We either need someone to make us some opening and closing music, find some public domain sounds and music, or find some on a stock sound and music that you have to pay for. I'd rather not deal with the potential copyright bullshit.

There are some royalty free music samples on Looperman that can be used. Also some music editing software may have some sort of music beds to use. I know that Mixcraft does.

In a pinch, I could even throw something together in Garage Band (bearing in mind that I have little to no musical talent, and the library of free loops is pretty limited).
Beyond that, you could try to find something on Free Music Archive.
