Title: I am the only one left on this project!

In an attempt to get rid of my kneejerk reaction of disdain to fanfic I join a group project to create a movie with Source Filmmaker. This was to be a matter of limited exposure, it worked too well. A crossover of Doom3 and Team Fortress 2, I actually did a double take when I heard that too. What I brought to the group was; piracy, copes of Photoshop CS6, Maya 2013 (32bit, only 32bit supports .dmx export), 3ds Max, Sony audio and video editing software; legitimate versions of Doom 3 and Doom 3 ROE.

Long story short, I am the only one left :(. I have the concepts, converted models, converted animations, the script, audio clips, some completed video. I have little to no experience with Hammer or SFM. All that I am having difficulty with:

• The creation of a level in Hammer that can be view in SFM. I have a .vmf what am I doing wrong?
• Finish converting three models (cherub, maggot, baron of hell) Textures done, going to get models, physics, .qc from .smd file.
• How to prevent models from going to the center of the map when applying a .dmx animation?

In exchange for help I will post almost everything. No contact info folks, the other members want to stay private. Here is a trailer of sorts:

Workflow

Animations (,md5mesh and .md5anim)
.md5* go to .dmx
1.   (Noesis) load both .md5mesh and .md5anim into preview
a.   optput preview as .fbx for main and animation output type
2.   import .fbx into Maya 2013 32bit launched by Valve .bat
a.   export all
b.   export unloaded references
c.   Skeletal animation or model and animation
i.   Use timeline
3.   Right click on the imported animation model
a.   Import animation the .DMX file

Models
(Noesis) .MD5mesh --> .smd (StudioComplierGUI) --> .mdl

Converted textures
.tga (VTFEdit) --> .VTF
Problems:
Subtitles must be done via external program post render from SFM!

The Setup:
The BLU Team lost 666 matches in a row to RED Team. They are very bummed out because of this.  A "sacred number" + the color red representing hell = the end of the world as we know and I feel fine I AM ON FIRE!!! Both RED and BLU Pyro (Arch-vile) do not want the invasion to succeed because that would kill their teams and destroy respawn. Thus they could not "play" with them. 'Play" = horrible stuff like burning them to death slowly and then resurrecting them, not that different from a typical match.

How:
BLU Pyro cuts a deal with BLU Team. BLU Team opens a portal to hell by sacrificing BLU Scout (virgin sacrifice lol) and then BLU Pyro resurrects him. This opens a portal thus starting an invasion. In return each member of BLU Team gets a heart of hell (http://doom.wikia.com/wiki/The_Artifact) implanted next to their uber hearts, powered by their uber blood not human souls. Using one of Hell's own weapons, BLU Team then RIPS AND TEARS the invaders, kills the Spider Mastermind behind it and become heroes of Earth. They gain fame, respect and a entire list of other stuff. RED Team inadvertently screws this up while trying to find out WTF is going on.

Concepts

That pyro is an arch-vile!
They want to help their respective teams but the road to hell is paved with good intentions. They control fire (all Doom games), resurrect dead bodies (old Doom games, was supposed to be in Doom 3 but replaced with spawning in more monsters) and can teleport (Doom 3).

Both childlike and very evil, innocently. They see violence, pain, death and resurrection as a fun game. Thematically in line with ‘Meet the pyro’.

• Ever notice how Arch-viles use the Pyro’s hadoken taunt animation for their flame attack in Doom3?
• Ever notice how one of the Pyro’s taunts is called “Armageddon”?

Arch-viles use sin of the innocent font for subtitles because two synthetic child’s voices are reversed and deepened. References the Arch-viles death sound from the original Doom. A young girl saying why? deepened and reversed.

Spells use Witching hour font

• Comprised of one word
• Eg: fire, burn, Resurrect, Rise, DEATH, LIFE, Serve, offer, obey

Arch-viles have no gender, genitals, or distinguishing sexual characteristics. 

• A shout out to the internet intrigue over Pyro’s gender.
• Arch-viles are uniform, cannot grow or change
