I wake up this morning, and find out the hard way that my left knee has decided that it's fed up with all of this walking and standing bullshit.

That's weird, mine did that a few weeks back, too.  Lasted for a couple of days and I still don't know what caused it.  For a while there, I could barely go up and down stairs without wanting to scream...it was great when it came time for me to go to school, lemme tell ya.

So ever since mom, sisters and I moved in with stepdad, her sister has been living in our [mom's] house. Fine, aunt moved her grandkids in. It's a three-room house. Then we had to boot them out. Why, you ask.

There were a total of 12 people living there, and 9 animals. Which would still have been fine if A) they agreed to pay rent B) aunt hadn't decided she didn't need to pay rent anymore and C) half these people weren't drug addicts.

One would think this wild dilemma resolved. The house, luckily, was not that trashed. A deep cleaning and it was fine.

Stepdad's oldest son decided he and his wife would like a nice place to stay. An important detail for you all to remember about what follows: They had not begun to move in or even signed a lease agreement yet.

Stepdad gave them a key so they could look at the house and make plans. So of course, they came over, tore out the flooring, took out several walls, threw away the stove, the fridge, the sinks and both toilets. They put down stick-on plastic tiling and painted two rooms. They ripped out half the shrubs and trees in the front yard, I replanted the ones that were still salvageable. Mom didn't find out about any of this until after they had done it.

When mom objected for obvious reasons, they said she was too emotionally attached to the house (yes, the house that she still is paying for and has spent most of her money for the past decade on!) and have now decided that because she is too 'controlling' they are not going to move in.

Oh, and they were telling their friends they BOUGHT the house. Uh huh. No they weren't even renting. They have not paid a penny. I spent all day today taking wood, drywall, beer cans and other garbage to the dump. Oh, and lawn waste that was once a pretty sizeable investment in roses, hydrangeas, and other nice plants.

Vandalism is not a family value. I can't even come up with an idea that does not involve breaking faces. If suing or filing a complaint with the PD is out of the question, that is.
