I can see how the anti-vaxers will just grab the headline and scream how the vaccine was the cause of the H1N1 pandemic.

However actually reading the article was quite interesting. It relates to an interaction between the vaccine and the H1N1 virus. It could just have been purely situational, or something else. I agree they should look deeper and find out the why behind this strange occurrence. I think discovering that would be monumental to improving our understanding of viral interaction and vaccine improvement.

I agree that more study is needed.

All we have right now, though, is a correlation.  Just like the correlation between salt and blood pressure -- too many people ran off with that to say that salt causes blood pressure problems, when nothing of the sort was proven.
